NoBoxTV Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using NoBoxTV, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the Service.
2. About NoBoxTV
NoBoxTV is a browser-based interface that helps users discover and access publicly available television streams. NoBoxTV itself does not own television channels, create broadcasts, upload television content, or claim ownership over third-party content.
3. Third-Party Content
Streams originate from third-party providers. Availability, quality, and legality vary. NoBoxTV cannot guarantee uptime, quality, availability, accuracy, or continuity. Channels may disappear without notice.
4. User Responsibilities
Users agree to comply with applicable laws, respect copyright and broadcaster rights, not misuse the service, not interfere with infrastructure, not attempt unauthorized access, and not abuse APIs.
5. Recording
If recording functionality is available: recordings are created entirely on the user's own device; NoBoxTV never receives or stores recordings; users are solely responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to record any content under applicable laws.
6. Intellectual Property
NoBoxTV owns branding, logos, UI, software, and design. Broadcasters own their respective trademarks, broadcasts, logos, and programming.
7. Copyright & Takedowns
We honor standard content takedown requests. If a broadcaster or rights holder believes content should not appear, contact [email protected]. Upon receiving a valid request, NoBoxTV may investigate, disable listings, remove entries, or restrict availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NoBoxTV and its owners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
10. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless NoBoxTV and its operators from claims arising from unlawful use, violation of these Terms, or infringement caused by user actions.
11. Service Availability
NoBoxTV may modify features, suspend services, discontinue channels, or perform maintenance without prior notice.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws applicable to the operator's principal place of business unless otherwise required by applicable law.
